We stand behind our products.  For any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the SnoFling, simply return it for a full refund or exchange.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please do not refuse delivery of a package or "return to sender".  Shipping fees will only cover one way shipping and will not cover the cost of a returned package.  Livnow will not be responsible for packages that are refused for delivery or marked "return to sender".

To complete your return, send us your proof of purchase along with the item for return.

Buyer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
